I do not know how this "director's cut" differs from the original version but all assortment of grossness is on vivid display in "Street Trash". Among them: dissolving flesh, farting, vomiting, urination, necrophilia... and all that happens before the severed penis.

Which is not to say it is not entertaining in its badness. The acting is suitable atrocious from the forgettably silly casting, which adequately supports the atrocious dialogue. The makeup for the entire cast seems to be a shared bucket of dirt but the splatter effects are competently over-the-top. But this is a movie that does not aspire for greatness. It simple wants to entertain and if you feel that you are in on the joke of its high-energy mediocrity you are probably the audience that these filmmakers sought.

The movie's title is appropriate enough and most people should avoid it the same way they would that strange-coloured pile of crap on the sidewalk. But for those who are drawn by their twisted curiousity it should hold their attention for a time without much pain. Though it did not further my understanding of the world any, I never felt inclined to walk out.
