I am so glad I went to the bathroom *before* seeing this one. Yow. It was *always* raining. Water everywhere. Some strange new ailment was killing people in Korea in 1999. Two people who refused to leave their apartments got connected by a hole. The hole was in the floor of one apartment and the roof of the other.

Every so often, this was interrupted by very odd musical numbers, kind of chapter markings in a way.

Hmm.. and the director was very patient. Scenes would take quite a while to happen, and that was okay. This could have been a short film, for all that really happened- but that was not the point here.
